UTE TOIFL is the founder of TOIFL.LEGAL and has been a cooperation partner of KINDL.trusted since October 2026. A renowned specialist in real estate and insolvency law, she has been practising as an independent attorney-at-law since 2002, advising clients in the real estate sector as well as companies and organisations on restructurings, reorganisations and insolvencies. She has contributed her extensive expertise in insolvency law, insolvency administration, debtor advisory, reorganisation and restructuring, as well as real estate and property developer contract law, to several law firm cooperations.

UTE TOIFL completed her studies at the University of Vienna and the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is a certified supervisory board member and has held supervisory board positions for many years, including as Chair of the Supervisory Board of neunerhaus. She also serves on the management boards of several Austrian private foundations.
