Anyone wishing to become part of KINDL.trusted goes, following a written application, through a multi-stage application process. This begins with an initial telephone contact. If this is positive, we will be happy to invite you to a first and possibly second personal meeting.

Depending on the type of vacancy, you may be given the opportunity to complete a praxis day. We then make our decision as a team and with our partners. We attempt to process applications quickly. After all, neither you nor we want to lose any time.
